The WCCFT Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce that this year we are awarding four Richard Rosell scholarships of $1500 each to two graduating and two continuing students.
The graduating students are William D’Onofrio and Paul Briggs. The two continuing students are John Cardenas and Daniel Owusu.
